Article 4 (Member)

Article 5 (Disapproval of registration and cancellation of approval)

Article 9 (temporary interruption of service)

(3) When "Precious" cannot be provided due to a natural disaster such as an earthquake, eruption, flood, tsunami, etc.

Article 10 (Prohibited matters)

(3) Acts that slander other members, third parties or our company
(4) Sending or writing harmful computer programs
(5) Acts that disadvantage a third party
(6) For-profit act using "Precious"
(7) Acts that violate public order and morals
(8) Acts that lead to criminal acts
(9) Other acts that violate the law
2. If a member causes damage to a third party when using "Precious", the member shall resolve it at his or her own expense and cause inconvenience to us or

3. Our company shall not be liable for any damages of members caused by the use of "Precious", and there is no obligation to compensate for damages.

Article 11 (Notification of change)
1. The member shall promptly notify us of the change by the prescribed method when there is a change in the address, telephone number or other notification contents to us.
2. Our company will not take any responsibility even if the member suffers a disadvantage because the notification in the previous paragraph was not made.

Article 12 (Exclusion Disposition)
1. If a member falls under any of the following items, we will dismiss the member or use the ID without giving any notice or notification to the member in advance.

(3) In case of illegal use of ID or password

2. If our company suffers damage because the member falls under any of the preceding items, we will be dismissed from the "member" or suspended use of the ID.

Article 13 (Withdrawal)
If the member wishes to withdraw from the membership, he/she shall notify us by the prescribed method.

Chapter 4 ID and Password Management, etc.

Article 14 (Responsibility for managing ID and password)
1. Members use and manage the number (hereinafter referred to as ID) given by us as a member number and password.

2. Members shall not be able to transfer, lend or use the ID and password assigned by us to a third party.
3. Regarding damages suffered by the member due to the use of the member's ID and password by other third parties, we will judge whether the member is intentionally negligent or not.
